1998年生まれ、大阪在住。大学時代から途上国の貧困問題に関心を持ち、 長期休みのたびに海外へ。「いつか自分もソーシャルビジネスを立ち上げたい！」という想いを スーツケースに詰めて、カンボジア就職・スタートアップ広報を経て、 現在は株式会社TAMでWebディレクター / マーケターをしています。 Born in 1998, based in Osaka. Fascinated by poverty issues in developing countries since college, I flew abroad every long break. With the dream of someday launching a social business packed in my suitcase, I worked in Cambodia and did startup PR — and I'm now a web director / marketer at TAM Inc.

カンボジアでゴミの分別を教えるのに骨が折れた経験から、 「教育ではなくクリエイティブの力でソーシャルグッドな行動を引き出したい」がテーマ。 Struggling to teach waste sorting in Cambodia gave me my theme: drawing out social-good behavior through the power of creativity, not education.

関西学院大学 総合政策学部 卒業Graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University (Policy Studies) 🎓

途上国の貧困問題に関心があり、長期休みの度に海外へ。「いつかソーシャルビジネスを立ち上げたい」という想いの原点。 Interested in poverty issues in developing countries, I traveled abroad every long vacation — the origin of my dream to launch a social business someday.

2021.04 — CAMBODIA 🇰🇭

Pizza 4P's（カンボジア）に新卒入社Joined Pizza 4P's (Cambodia) as a new grad 🍕リサイクル率94%達成94% recycling rate

Zero Waste Managerとして、会社初のゼロウェイスト（ごみゼロ）プロジェクトを立ち上げ。 現場オペレーション構築・取引先の選定・新人指導に従事し、 月2.5トンのごみ削減を実現する仕組みを構築。 分別文化のない環境での試行錯誤が、「クリエイティブでソーシャルグッドを引き出す」という今のテーマにつながる。 As Zero Waste Manager, I launched the company's first zero-waste project: building on-site operations, selecting partners, and training new staff — creating a system that cut 2.5 tons of waste per month. Trial and error in a place with no waste-sorting culture led to my current theme: sparking social good through creativity.
